Parents,

Please assist us in creating the safest school possible.

Parents are respectively requested to refrain from parking during the morning drop-off in the lanes used for car line looping. Cars backing up out of these spots during the morning drop-off create congestion and potentially hazardous conditions.

Parents who wish to park are requested to turn left (north) and park north of the school in the Parks and Recreation side (YMCA) of the Pembroke Shores Park.

Thank you for your assistance!

The State Department of Health has confirmed the first Florida case of the Enterovirus-D68 in Tampa. This virus causes cold and flu-like symptoms and is considered highly contagious. In infants and young children, the virus can cause difficulty breathing.

Schools are being advised to be vigilant and practice good hygiene. Parents, if your children experience one or more of the following symptoms, we ask that you keep them home. If the symptoms persist, please seek medical care as soon as possible: FEVER, RUNNY NOSE, SNEEZING, COUGH, BODY & MUSCLE ACHES, WHEEZING, AND DIFFICULTY BREATHING.

You can help prevent your family from getting and spreading respiratory illnesses by following these steps:

- Wash hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Avoid close contact such as hugging, kissing, sharing cups or eating utensils with people who are sick
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or shirt sleeve, not with your bare hands
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, such as toys and doorknobs, especially if someone is sick
- PLEASE STAY HOME WHEN YOU ARE SICK
