Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please note this flyer.

Dear Parents of ART CLUB members (4th and 5th grade):

In the interest of fairness and (most importantly) to ensure our children's safety, please note and abide by the following guidelines when picking up your child from Art Club.

- PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CHILD FROM THE MAIN BUILDING (outside front office) ONLY

- PLEASE DO NOT PICK YOUR CHILD UP AT THE ANNEX! (on rainy days we may be in an alternate location in the main building).

- PARK YOUR CAR and sign your child out in the art club binder, which I will be holding at the pick up area outside the front office.

- ART CLUB starts at 3:30 and ends at 4:40. If picking up your child early, please go to the front office and someone will call and notify me.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Just a reminder that the bus lane is closed during and after dismissal. If you are picking up your child from aftercare or an afterschool event, please enter through the Pembroke Shores entrance and park on the south side of the school. Please do not enter through the exit! Thank you so much for your cooperation!

Parents,

Please assist us in creating the safest school possible.

Parents are respectively requested to refrain from parking during the morning drop-off in the lanes used for car line looping. Cars backing up out of these spots during the morning drop-off create congestion and potentially hazardous conditions.

Parents who wish to park are requested to turn left (north) and park north of the school in the Parks and Recreation side (YMCA) of the Pembroke Shores Park.

Thank you for your assistance!

Dear Charter School Parents,

As one of the nation’s largest charities, the United Way of America understands the impact that charitable giving has on improving communities and helping individuals. Education is just one of the United Way’s top priorities when advocating for good public policy and their team of volunteers work vigilantly every day to ensure that every child has a quality education.

Do you need volunteer hours, but don't have much time to 'hang around' the school?

Our art teacher needs many, many (adult size) shirt hangers for an upcoming project. The hangers may be any style plastic or wire.

Please bring as many hangers as you can spare to the front office.

Thank you. Your help is much appreciated!!!
