HOA Meetings

  • Monthly meeting fees: $25 per hour with a 4 hour minimum total including tax $106
  • Annual meeting fees: $50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum total including tax $212

Updated Certificate of Insurance naming The City of Pembroke Pines as the additional insured is required. Please contact Holly Leon Bonkowski at 954-986-5027 for availability.

Church Fees

  • 4 hour minimum: $105 per hour (up to 100 people per use of licensed premises)
  • 4 hour minimum: 157.50 per hour (for 101-200 persons per use of licensed premises)
  • 4 hour minimum: 210 per hour (for 201-300 persons per use of licensed premises)
  • Each additional classroom needed: $105 per use

License Agreement is required (License fee is paid in advance). Please contact Holly Leon Bonkowski at 954-986-5027 for availability.

Special Event Cafeteria Rentals

$210 per hour with a 4 hour minimum with a $1,000 security deposit (fees are paid in advance). Saturday rentals of the Charter High School cafeteria are available after 4 p.m. Please contact Holly Leon Bonkowski at 954-986-5027 for availability.

After School Programs

For all after school program requests, email Holly Leon Bonkowski, Recreation Supervisor II. Principals must approve after school programs and the following will be needed before the program begins:

  • City of Pembroke Pines or Broward County Occupational License
  • Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Pembroke Pines additionally insured
  • Workers Compensation Insurance (If applicable)
  • Level II Background Screenings for each instructor, conducted by the School Board of Broward County
  • Instructor Drivers license
  • Tax Certificate or Tax Exemption Certificate
  • License to Use Agreement signed and notarized (Approval of City Manager Required)

After-school programs cost $35 per hour per classroom and $50 per hour for cafeteria use. Please contact Holly Leon Bonkowski at 954-392-2122 for more information.
